Q. What if I still cannot purchase tickets on the website due to location issues?

You may have told your browser to never share your location. You need to change that setting to allow your location to be shared. If the steps above still do not allow you to share your location, try a different browser. If you are using Safari, try switching to Chrome or Firefox. If you're using Chrome, try Safari or Firefox. If you still cannot share your location, try clearing your browser's cookies and cache. These links explain how to clear your cookies and cache on Safari and Chrome:

Google Support: Clearing Cookies & Cache in Chrome

Apple Support: Clearing Safari Cookies & Cache

Due to recent technological updates, some Apple devices will permanently save the “Don’t Allow” setting when location sharing is denied. As such, we recommend trying to complete your purchase on a browser other than Safari, or try using a different device.
