WHAT IS THE HOME WITH HEART RAFFLE?
Home with Heart is a home raffle presented by Willow Branch Homes. The proceeds from raffle ticket purchases benefit Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. Each ticket is $100.
WHEN DO TICKET SALES OPEN?
Ticket sales will begin December 14, 2023.
WHEN WILL THE WINNER BE ANNOUNCED?
The winner will be randomly selected and announced on April 12, 2024. The winning ticket number will be posted to the website. Ticket purchasers will also receive an email with the winning name and ticket number to the email address provided at checkout.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I WON?
Your ticket number can be located by viewing your order details linked to the "Raffle Order Confirmation" email you received at time of purchase to the email address provided.
WHERE DOES THE MONEY FROM MY TICKET PURCHASE GO?
Proceeds support pediatric inpatient rehabilitation efforts at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. For more information, please visit childrenshospitalvanderbilt.org.
CAN I BUY MORE THAN ONE TICKET?
Yes. There is no limit on how many tickets you can buy.
IS THE FURNITURE INCLUDED?
No furniture is included in the Home with Heart Raffle. Staging of the homes provided by Head Springs Depot.
WHAT IS THE HOME ADDRESS?
This year's Home with Heart build is in the Willow Branch Homes neighborhood of Greystone, Smyrna's newest luxury community.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO WIN?

DO I HAVE TO LIVE IN TENNESSEE TO PARTICIPATE?
No, you do not have to be a Tennessee resident to participate. However, you must be located in the state of Tennessee at the time of your ticket purchase.
HOW CAN I GIFT A TICKET TO SOMEONE?
During the check-out process, you will be given the option to send tickets as a gift. You will then be prompted to enter the gift recipient’s name, email address and phone number before proceeding with the rest of the checkout process. The recipient’s name will then apply to all tickets being purchased in your cart at that time. The gift recipient will receive an email notification with their ticket numbers, and you will also receive a purchase confirmation email.
Please note: if you want to buy tickets for you and gift tickets for a friend, you will need to complete separate purchase orders per person.
WHAT IF I WANT TO BUY TICKETS FOR MULTIPLE PEOPLE?
There is no limit to the number of people you can purchase tickets for. However, you will need to complete separate purchase orders for each person. For instance, if you want to buy tickets for Friend #1 and Friend #2, you would need to complete the purchase process for Friend #1 first, and then start a new order for Friend #2.
